Each speaker is at the top of their field, working with professionals from the PGA Tour to amateur and junior golfers alike. Dr. Rob Bell has PGA tour credentials as a sport psychology coach. Rob has worked with multiple winners on the PGA Tour and has caddied over 20+ events on the PGA, web.com, and LPGA Tours. Rob has spoken to the NFL, NSCA, PGA, Marriott, and Walgreens. Dr. Bell is an author and has written 6 books on Mental Toughness.
He has served as the mental coach for University of Notre Dame, Indy Eleven Professional Soccer, an Olympic Silver medalist, ATP Champion, and the USTA National Champion. Rob's also completed an ironman, several marathons, and ultra-distance races. His website is drrobbell.com
Lance grew up in Watertown, NY where he started his golf career at the age of 8 at Ives Hill Country Club. As a young boy Lance dreamed of a professional career in golf and although it may not be a glamorous PGA tour pro life, he truly has followed his childhood passions. Lance is the Co-Director of the Titleist Performance Institute Fitness Advisory Board; lead Instructor for TPI Level 1 and Level 2 Fitness Seminars globally; and most recently the President of LG Performance, a private Golf Performance based company specializing in the betterment of golfers with a multifaceted approach.
For better than 10 years, Lance has and continues to serve the TPI brand loyally through the education of greater than 10,000 professionals including fitness, biomechanics, medical, golf instruction, and junior experts; in addition to the development of individual players from all levels of the game. Lance’s expertise are well respected as he serves as a Biomechanical / Fitness consultant for numerous golf related companies such as Life Fitness, Kvest, GolfMD’s and Boditrack.
Although Lance resides in Oceanside, CA he considers Music City a second home and is excited to play a lead role in the Performance One team as we build one of the World’s premier Golf Performance studios.
Dr. Michael Voight has had a distinguished career as both an educator and clinical physical therapist for over 30 years. Throughout his career he has not only become one of the leading authorities in the rehabilitation of orthopedic and sports injuries, he has worked tirelessly to advance the knowledge of others as a clinician and educator by making significant contributions to the literature.
Dr. Voight is recognized as a clinician of the highest caliber, and has worked with a number of high-profile athletic organizations. Throughout his career, Dr. Voight has worked in the NFL with the Philadelphia Eagle’s, Miami Dolphins, and has consulted with the Tennessee Titans Football Team. Additionally, he has worked in the NBA serving as the team physical therapist for Miami Heat Basketball Team. In addition, Dr. Voight has consulted with various teams in MLB, NHL and the MLS.
His role with the advisory board of the Titleist Performance Institute allows him to consult on the prevention, evaluation, and treatment of golf injuries with many noted golf professionals. Dr. Voight currently holds the position of a full-time tenured professor in the School of Physical Therapy at Belmont University in Nashville, TN. Throughout his career, he has been very active in developing clinical functional movement assessments for both prevention of injury and evaluation of injury. These clinical systems are recognized internationally as one standard for evaluating movement. Outside of the classroom, he still maintains a clinical practice specializing in orthopedic and sports related injuries particularly with PGA tour players.
Originally from Northeast Ohio, Ashley graduated with a degree in Exercise Physiology from Ohio University in Athens, OH and moved to Nashville, TN to attend Belmont University’s School of Physical Therapy. After graduating with her Doctorate from Belmont she began working for STAR Physical Therapy and in 2013 accepted a position as the clinic director for STAR at A-Game Sportsplex. Ashley’s passion has always been in sports medicine and more specifically in the prevention of injury. Since graduating she has spent her career rehabilitating athletes at all levels from youth to professional as well as the general population and feels that many of the sports related, often season ending injuries could be prevented with proper screenings and interventions. Ashley knew based on her experience, education, and the current research and technology available that as a profession we could do better and with the help and mentorship of Dr. Mike Voight Performance One was born.
Ashley began her commitment to the field of Sports Physical Therapy while in school as a member of the American Physical Therapy Association’s Sports Physical Therapy section. She also serves as the manuscript coordinator for the International Journal of Sports Physical Therapy and is a member of the American College of Sports Medicine and National Strength and Conditioning Association.
In addition to working in the clinic Ashley has also taught hundreds of other clinicians the Selective Functional Movement Assessment in her role as an instructor with North American Sports Medicine Institute/Advances in Clinical Education. She also holds an adjunct faculty position in Orthopedics at Belmont University’s School of Physical Therapy.
Mike is the creator of the Nashville Golf Fitness Summit. He serves as a PGA Tour credentialed strength and conditioning coach working on the Web.com Tour while also specializing locally in Nashville in speed and power training. The owner of Tour Performance Training, Mike is Level 3 Fitness and Level 2 Junior Certified by the Titleist Performance Institute and has spoken at several World Golf Fitness Summit events. He also serves as the Head Strength Coach for Trevecca Nazarene University.
He began his strength and conditioning career at Georgia Southern University as a graduate assistant while earning his M.S. in Kinesiology. Mike then worked as Golf Performance Specialist at Middle Tennessee State University. While working with the Blue Raiders, they attended five consecutive NCAA Regional Tournaments. He then became the Director of Fitness and Strength at Father Ryan High School while also continuing to work with professional golfers on developmental tours.
Nutrition is vital to peak performance and Pelli Golf consults with one of the best dietitians in the country. Amber Pellicani, RD/LD has been an advisor for multiple top golf instructors, collegiate players, professional golfers and individuals looking to better their health. A graduate of Lipscomb University, Amber did her residency at Baylor Medical Center in Dallas, TX, before heading to Orlando, FL. While heading the largest NICU in the country at Winnie Palmer Hospital, she was the lead nutrition consultant at Mike Bender Golf Academy. Since moving to Nashville, TN she has appeared multiple times on Golf Channel's Morning Drive. Dr. Joe LaCaze served as a US Navy SEAL for over 20 years and with the rigorous training and deployment schedule, his body began to break down over time. After he retired from the SEALs he became a doctor and has studied the body intensely learning how the mechanics of the hips, spine, shoulders and ankles affect each other and every part of the body.
After working with the patients and athletic clients in the fields of athletic assessment, chiropractic, flexibility and stability, neuromuscular therapy, and performance, he invented ROTEXMotion, an exercise program and machine that returns more range of motion to the body than anyone has ever seen.

Michael spends the majority of his professional life traveling to conferences, seminars, summits, and other events to spread the word about modern speed training in not only golf, but also baseball and tennis.
